Seller is ESPRESSO CATERING AS
Buyer is the person specified as the buyer in the order and is subsequently referred to as "you", "your", or "yours"."
We at ESPRESSO CATERING AS strive to provide our customers with high-quality roasted coffee beans. However, if for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 14-day return policy for most of our products.
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- The item must be returned within 14 days of receiving it.
- The item must be in the same condition as it was when you received it, unused, and in its original packaging.
- The item must include all tags, documentation, and accessories.
- You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.
To initiate a return, please email us at keepyourmaze@gmail.com, and we will provide you with the necessary instructions. Please note that you will need to send the item to our address at Stavanger, Raunen 25, 4158, and we will not accept returns without prior authorization.
If the item you receive is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us immediately, and we will work with you to address the issue.
Exceptions to our return policy include perishable items, such as coffee beans, personalized or customized items, and gift cards. We also do not accept returns on sale items.
If you wish to exchange an item, the fastest way is to return the item and make a new purchase separately.
For orders shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving it, without a justification. You will need to meet the same conditions outlined above to be eligible for a refund.
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed and automatically credited to your original method of payment within 10 business days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.

All products sent from ESPRESSO CATERING AS are guaranteed to be without defects. If a defect or deficiency is discovered, the consumer must give notice to the seller within a reasonable time and no later than 7 days after takeover, after he or she discovered or should have discovered it, stating that he or she will invoke the deficiency claim (complaint).
Notice of defects and deficiencies in the products can be communicated to ESPRESSO CATERING AS orally or in writing. For evidentiary reasons, it is recommended that the complaint be sent in writing by email specified under the section "Definition of Parties".
If there is a defect in the product and the consumer has complained within the aforementioned deadlines, the consumer may claim one of the following defect remedies:
Request a full refund of the product, including return shipping
Request a repair of the product you have purchased, since this may be a unique product
Request an equivalent product at the same price
If the customer takes measures to remedy the defect beyond what may have been agreed with ESPRESSO CATERING AS, ESPRESSO CATERING AS will not cover the costs for this.
