Buyer is the person specified as the buyer in the order and is subsequently referred to as "you", "your", or "yours"."

Payment



You can pay via: VISA, Mastercard, Vipps or PayPal. The choice for payment by credit card is completed via our payment module through Paymill.com. If this option is not available, we have disabled the function for reasons such as security or technical updates. You can still pay by credit card via PayPal.

When using a card, the purchase price will be reserved on the card when ordering. The card is charged on the same day that the shipment is made. When paying via PayPal, the amount will be withdrawn immediately, and your order will be sent in advance.

 

Refund policy

 

We at ESPRESSO CATERING AS strive to provide our customers with high-quality roasted coffee beans. However, if for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 14-day return policy for most of our products.

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The item must be returned within 14 days of receiving it.
  • The item must be in the same condition as it was when you received it, unused, and in its original packaging.
  • The item must include all tags, documentation, and accessories.
  • You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

To initiate a return, please email us at keepyourmaze@gmail.com, and we will provide you with the necessary instructions. Please note that you will need to send the item to our address at Stavanger, Raunen 25, 4158, and we will not accept returns without prior authorization.

If the item you receive is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us immediately, and we will work with you to address the issue.

Exceptions to our return policy include perishable items, such as coffee beans, personalized or customized items, and gift cards. We also do not accept returns on sale items.

If you wish to exchange an item, the fastest way is to return the item and make a new purchase separately.

For orders shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving it, without a justification. You will need to meet the same conditions outlined above to be eligible for a refund.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed and automatically credited to your original method of payment within 10 business days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.

Shipping Policy

 

At Espresso Catering AS, we offer shipping to customers worldwide. We take great care to ensure that your order is packed securely and shipped promptly so that you receive your order in excellent condition.

Processing Time:

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1-5 business days. Please note that orders placed on weekends or holidays may be delayed and processed on the next business day.

Shipping Methods:

We offer the following shipping methods:

  • Regular Shipping: Delivery times vary based on your location and can take between 3-5 business days. Standard shipping is cost 70 NOK, performed through a company Posten Norge.

  • Express Shipping: Delivery times vary based on your location and can take between 2-5 business days. Express shipping is available for an additional cost, which will be calculated at checkout.

Please note that we cannot guarantee delivery times and are not responsible for any delays caused by shipping carriers or customs.

Shipping Restrictions:

We do not currently ship to certain countries due to legal restrictions or shipping carrier limitations. If you have any questions about shipping to your location, please contact us before placing your order.

Shipping Damage:

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately. We may require photos of the damaged items and packaging, and we will work with you to resolve the issue.

Order Tracking:

Once your order has shipped, we will provide you with a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your order's delivery status.

Undeliverable Packages:

If your package is returned to us as undeliverable, we will contact you to confirm your shipping address. If we are unable to reach you or confirm your address, we will issue a refund for the order's value minus any shipping and handling fees.

Lost or Stolen Packages:

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier. If you believe your package has been lost or stolen, please contact the shipping carrier and file a claim.

Conflict resolution

Complaints shall be directed to ESPRESSO CATERING AS within a reasonable time, described at Refund Policy above. The parties shall attempt to resolve any disputes amicably. If this is not successful, the buyer can contact the Norwegian Consumer Authority for mediation. The Norwegian Consumer Authority can be reached at telephone number +47 23 400 600 or through their website www.forbrukertilsynet.no.

The European Commission's online dispute resolution platform may also be used if you wish to submit a complaint. This is particularly relevant if you are a consumer residing in another EU country. The complaint can be submitted here: http://ec.europa.eu/odr.
