Colombia, Sidra, El Diviso, WASHED or maybe not :) 250G.

The story of this coffee is quite different from the usual ones. I discovered it during my visit to the WOC exhibition in Athens two years ago, and ever since then, I’ve been chasing it a little :) I missed the 2023 harvest, and it wasn’t until 2024 that I managed to reserve a bag of this coffee. After a long wait for the shipment from Colombia to arrive at the port of Hamburg, my long-anticipated order finally made it to me.

I reached out to Adrian Berg from Kaffi to roast this coffee, and he gladly agreed. He gave this coffee high praise and a great evaluation. You can expect a very clean cup with notes of lemongrass.

P.S. After a series of cuppings, Adrian concluded that this coffee is not quite washed — it's slightly infused.
